How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel directly from your account page at any time. No email needed, no questions asked. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Why is my AI analysis not working?
Free accounts include 3 AI video analyses per calendar month. If you have used your monthly limit, it resets on the 1st of the next month UTC. Upgrade to Pro for 100 AI analyses per month.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions as we provide a free tier for evaluation before upgrading. We do issue full refunds for technical errors or accidental charges. See our refund policy for full details.
